Job Description

Establish and maintain communications and coordination line with the office bearers. Establish and maintain communications and coordination line with target community. Organize and store information collected through primary and secondary sources. Relay the information collected from grassroot level to the management team for further processing and vice versa. Provide inputs to management teams in devising action plans relevant to specific area. Communicate, monitor and follow up the action plans implementation at grass root level. Observe the area of focus and notify management regarding the development of any relevant issue, event or occurrence and keep following it regularly through credible sources. Keep track record of community members and evaluate their progress. Highlight and inform management on any considerable development. Keep log of communication response mechanism with the stakeholders, office bearers & members. If needed should travel to particular field. Manage separate Desktop WhatsApp accounts and groups with office bearers and members as source of quick communication. Categorize complaints and forward it to line manager for further pursuance. Disseminate message to the communities through available mediums. Document lesson learnt, success stories, evidences and share it with line manager.
