Job Description

Our client is a very well respected name within Food Chain Restaurants based in Karachi. With rapid expansion plans for 2017 they are an exciting company.We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to join their team,OVERVIEW OF ROLEManages and directs the activities of the Human Resources Operation department and creation of policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop, implement, monitor and improve Human Resource strategy supporting the achievement of the business goals and aligned with the company’s overall growth.• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Human Resources department• Performs supervisory functions at the level established by Management for the position• Provides advice to and coordinates manpower planning activities • Directs the activities of the compensation and benefits section. Includes preparation of job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation, salary administration – merit, adjustment and promotion increases - payment of allowances, performance appraisal and other employee entitlements and benefits• Supervises the activities of personnel administration. Includes processing all personnel action procedures for leaves, holidays, sickness, travel, grievances, corrective action, and application of Labor Regulations, • Checks the process of procedural flow through to the personnel files and/ or HR and Payroll systems before it is forwarded to Finance for final processing• Managing appointments COMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Salary package will reflect experience levels and will depend on the candidate Skill
