Job Description

We require Customer Support Executive (Call Centre) for our company. You will be responsible to provide customer support services through inbound calls Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
